Today I've visited Lush Wisma Atria for the 1st time as a buying customer. I was greeted by a cheerful and sweet sales staff named Linda. I showed her some of the products I wanted to try before purchasing and she showed me and explained about the ingredients and benefits.
When she asked me what makes me want to buy Lush products, I told her it's because I read the news about the 1 day closure of all Lush outlets in UK a few days ago and the reason behind it. I said I was moved 🥲 and decided to show my support even in Singapore.
I asked for a sample face mask which will help will my dry skin and she gladly handed me one and a lip scrub sample, wow bonus! 😉. As she was packing and doing the cashiering she briefly explained to me Lush core values. It was truly an enjoyable shopping experience, and to be served by Linda is like icing on the cake. Rest assured I will return again to Lush Wisma. 😊👍

Good experience shopping here! Staff are so kind and helpful, a big thank you and much love to Jess and Linda!!! 🥰 Was kindly told about the Black Friday sale so I splurged a little and bought the Super Milk hair primer, and got a free Sticky Dates Body Lotion (which I LOVE !!!) 2 FOR 1!!! Much love, will definitely be back again ☺️☺️😍

Visited this Lush outlets with my boyfriend to get some bathbombs for our trips, attended by Linda who was really friendly and helpful while we are choosing the different types of bathbomb available.
She was attentive and provide explanation and reccomendation for the type of scent that we wanted and helps us to pick a few selection that might be to our likings.
We would like to comment on her extremely warm and friendly personality and good customer service.
Left the shop with 3 bathbombs , happy customers.

big ups to jess/jas for helping us out and introducing the lush’s body mists to us! love her friendliness & warmth. we visited at around 9pm+ and her energy was still very high patiently explaining and walking us through the products🩷

Thank you Jess for the lovely and warm experience at this particular outlet.
I was left to test the perfumes on my own after she explained about them. She was never too near or intruding my personal space, which I enjoyed while testing out perfumes at my own pace. Jess was friendly, patient, knowledgeable about the products, not pushy and recommended items for me only when I asked. She went above and beyond to find solutions to help me bring home a sample scent strip for my husband to test 🙇🏻♀️

I've always loved shopping at Lush for its magical products that work wonders on my eczema-prone skin. However, a recent visit to the Wisma Atria outlet truly stood out.
I entered around 6pm and found the store bustling. Feeling a bit lost, I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Jess. Her warmth transformed my shopping experience into something memorable. We bonded over our skin conditions as she enthusiastically recommended body lotions, and I was thrilled to learn that the beloved Oaty Creamy Dreamy had returned!
Although I only purchased a bottle of body wash, Jas went above and beyond by
arranging for samples of the lotions I was curious about. I left feeling grateful for her kindness and genuine care, even without a hefty purchase. Thanks to Jess and her colleagues, I know exactly where to go next time I want to shop at Lush.

Was at Lush looking for body sprays and Linda helped me out — she’s such a sweetheart! I ended up getting their bar products instead because I couldn’t decide on the sprays (too many nice ones!). What really surprised me was how attentive Linda was — she noticed I’d been gravitating toward vanilla scents and even picked out samples based on that. Such thoughtful, caring service that honestly made my day. Thank you, Linda, for being so lovely!

We were there specifically to get their massage bar, and we were attended to by Jess. Jess was attentive and a good listener. She was knowledgeable in Lush’s products and was able to make recommendation that suit our request. We have been using the massage bar for about one month already and really enjoyed it.

This is my usual lush store. I usually end up seeing one of 3 staff and they are all always so nice and helpful and friendly. I recently went there with my 5yo who loves going into lush and they were so kind and gave her a purple lip scrub with all the purchases ( a lot :p) I made. Such a pleasure to shop here ❤️❤️
