I had a fantastic experience today at the Lush store, Wisma Atria. Jess was patient, attentive and knowledgeable about the various products. She explained the differences clearly and shared information on each ingredient. Her helpful and warm demeanor made shopping at the store a pleasure. I will definitely be back to purchase more items from Jess.

I walked into Lush Wisma just to browse the 50% sale, but thanks to Linda, I had the best shopping experience. She was super friendly, incredibly helpful, made no pressure and provided great service with a big smile. After supporting Lush for over 10 years, I can feel that Lush staffs are generally friendly and vibrant, but Linda goes above and beyond when she sweeten my purchase with some free samples. Go Linda! :)

Experience at Lush is perfect. From the moment I walked in, the retail assistant is super friendly. Definitely make me felt very welcomed. Next, their product knowledge is very good. Told her what kind of experience I am looking for and within seconds, she whipped out multiple products that can meet my needs. Store is also very need and tidy, very easy for me to browse the products. And to end off the whole experience, the staffs threw in a few gifts for me as they would like to pay it forward to brighten my day and I deeply appreciated the kind gesture. The kind gesture had made my day better and completed my whole “self-spa” experience. Will definitely be back to Lush Wisma Atria for my future spa/bath/grooming needs. And a great shoutout to Hilya and the team at Wisma Atria for so welcoming and knowledgeable. Also, their bath bombs and face and body mask are great too! Can’t wait to try their shower gel.
