I really hesitate to give them 5* reviews in case the place (with limited seating) gets too crowded for us next time. But well, their halo halo truly deserves it ....!! Update May 2025: Sadly, my favourite halo halo has steadily increased in price and decreased in both quantity and taste. No longer a must have when I'm around the area :'(

I can’t really speak for the food since I only had dessert. It was my first time trying Halo halo and it was amazing! You should definitely try it for yourself. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the food next time.

I dine at Lucy’s several times because their food is delicious and feels like enjoying home-cooked meal. Staff are friendly too. Halo halo tastes incredible with ice cream and leche flan on top. I just have to highlight the poor ventilation. The kitchen smell sticks to your shirt. I hope the management can improve in that area. Overall, good food.
