During my visit on 14 December 2025, we were approached by Lina the moment we stepped into the store. My family and I were being served by Syarifah (Fafa) and Lina. We would like to sincerely commend them who had served us with such patience, cheerful and welcoming personality. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made the entire experience pleasurable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued as a customer especially going through the efforts of going back and forth to the warehouse to get us the items that we wanted. This level of service perfectly reflects the Louis Vuitton standard, and I left not only satisfied with my purchase but deeply impressed by their care and dedication. I don’t usually leave feedback, but these two staff members truly deserve recognition. They are valuable assets to the team.

We had an amazing shopping experience on our 17th wedding anniversary today, 20.09.2025.. Client Advisor - Ms Callista Yare (LV - Ngee Ann City) was exceptionally awesome serving us and special praise for her, it made our wonderful day very meaningful.. bought for my wifey a bag and myself a pocket organiser.. last pieces for both and glad we had it for today special occasion 😍

I loveeee how warmth sales associate, Zhi Yie H. was. She was patient and accomodating to my requests and even offered valuable feedback on what sizing I should get for my belt. I would totally recommend visiting LV at Taka as compared to the other store at Orchard. One of the staff was not as welcoming as I have imagined front liners to be. Thanks LV Taka. Definitely not my last visit here.
Spring Summer
I sent my bags to the Takashimaya store for repair and I had a pleasant experience there; thanks to the wonderful and friendly SAs (Evan, Gabriel and Joey). They were not just helpful but also very cheerful and professional. I hope my bags will come bag in good condition too. Cheers.

Go to ANY other LV store. This one is the worst! I visited the store to get a few perfume bottles refilled. It took them a few hours to even figure out what to do. They managed to damage one of the bottles and claim it was defective. The ones they did refill, were filled upto 3/4 of the bottle. I still accepted it, cause at that point I didn’t have the time or patience to wait a few more hours and risk them damaging more bottles. If this was my only experience with the brand, it would certainly be the last. But I’ve had great service in literally every other LV store (including the MBS LV store where I have got the perfume refills done a lot of times with no issues at all).

For the common space, LV blocked the access to the escalator. Poor management. Lady staff was just plain rude.

So far my experiences at this branch has always been positive. Was warmly served today. CA was welcoming, polite and professional. I also love the rotating Murakami motifs at their window display!

My partner bought me a birthday gift here and he was in a rush to meeting without checking . I took this shawl to exchange as I needed a purse more . Due to our negligence for not checking. They reject me stated it was in bad condition . To be honest we both never even open it after they wrapped it . Please check your goods before leaving the store. Their QC management 👎🏻
