Possibly the worst service in town. Walked in to buy an item. The young sales lady said no stock and we kindly asked if they can check ion or MBS havs it. The rude reply was “You need to check yourself”. Time to boycott LV!!

my experience with LV has always been good, but particularly the branch at Taka, the service isn't good. i asked to try one of the berms, they took a long time to find my size, but that's ok, after i tried, i told the staff i'll consider, and he gave me that one look, like as though i don't have the money to buy.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Louis Vuitton boutique. After raising an issue with my purchase, I was chided by a staff member who said I should have “taken responsibility to check before leaving the boutique.” For the record, I did check. And even if I hadn’t, is that really how Louis Vuitton trains staff to speak to customers? With condescension and judgment? Absolutely unacceptable. At this price point, I expect professionalism, not blame-shifting or passive-aggressive comments. The attitude I received was not only unhelpful — it was insulting. Her dismissive tone spoke volumes about how little this store values its customers. Louis Vuitton, if you’re serious about luxury, start with your staff’s attitude.

I always walk in with shorts and a cheapo tee. Great attentive service from Miss Dodo. If she did not serve me, I would probably end up walking out empty handed. Ended up buying $20k+ from her on Nigo collection.

Very Rude and Lazy front reception. Came to collect the order I paid and these 2 wont even take a look at my receipt and insist on putting me on 30 minutes waiting list in a very condescending tone by the lady. In the mean time I see 3 other employee standing by. All solved by my amazing SA Sherry Li. Very friendly and knowledge. 5 star for Her 1 star is for the management who let these 2 bad apples to be representing a major Louis Vuitton store
