I recently visited the Longines store and had a very positive experience. During my visit, the staff were handling a challenging situation with another client, yet they remained patient, polite, and professional throughout. Despite this, they were extremely attentive and accommodating to my requests, consistently keeping me updated and offering options along the way.
Wei Siong assisted me and was both friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail of my order and the overall process, especially since I had ordered a strap that would take 2–3 months to arrive. I also interacted with another staff member, Ben, who was equally friendly and helpful when I asked to view some watches.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend the Longines store at Wisma Atria.
