Casually walked into Longines Wisma to service my watch and was provided with amazing service by Ben, Winson, Ezekiel and wei siong. Store was well-lit, spacious and communicated luxury. Great team!

I was served seperately by all three staff, Ezekial, Tina and Ben. Coming not from a warch background, they assisted me smoothly and seamlessly. They gave me great advice also as it was also a gift. Overall, great experience from the store :).

Went in to Longines boutique today and enjoyed a complimentary matcha drink. Good service by Ezekiel, Ben and Weishiong. will consider the Mini Dolce Vita.

Visited Longines last weekend and was attended to by Ezekiel. He was knowledgeable and helpful in recommending watches within our budget to us, and in teaching us how to properly operate and care for the watch. The piece we wanted wasn’t available at the Wisma Atria store, and he took the extra effort to get it from another outlet for us. Thanks Ezekiel for your help! 🙏🏻
