Staff is very impatient and not professional. And all the luggage have no price tag on it. When asking the staff, he just answer it impatiently and don’t even offer any helps and share more information.

Bought a cabin sized luggage at Takashimaya’s outlet. Uncle Ben was really patient and helpful in explaining what makes the luggage stand out & to register for warranty! Also explained which parts of the luggage is covered under the warranty (10 yrs).

I bought a cubo fit luggage at Lojel Takashimaya this evening and Ben was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the functionality of the luggage and the benefits of it as compared with others in the market. He also guided me with the process of registering the warranty. Overall, it’s a pleasant experience and I hope the lojel cubo fit luggage will be durable and last me for the next few years.

My wife has always thought of buying a Lojel luggage but hesitated because of the higher price compared to other brands. Bought a luggage from Uncle Ben at Takashimaya today. I already have a carry-on size Lojel (from a few years ago), bought a check-in size today. Uncle Ben is professional, friendly and meticulous. After payment, he walked me through how to set the password for the lock and also registering the luggage for warranty. Thank you!
