Ben was really helpful and his service is amazing. Thankful that we managed to catch him as he explained the good functions of the luggage. Ended up getting the Large and Medium sized at a good discount too.

Visited the Lojel store at Takashimaya and Ben assisted with my purchase. He was super helpful and walked me through all the processes even making sure that I did the warranty. Super friendly!

No staff in Taka outlet on a Wed afternoon. I waited for almost an hour and they told me the promoter is gone. Several customers need service but no one is around. Lots of lost sales for sure!!
