Just for the bloody hell winter melon Liho will force you to be a member. Fine I do it. But what the heck and the point if you app have a lots of errors during registration. Seriously. I definitely will not coming back

Terrible experience I waited for close to 40 mins for my drink which is completely unacceptable. The physical orders were from number 31-33 and mine was 33 but they spent the entire time prioritising online orders that consist of 4 or more rather than being efficient and getting me and the other 2 people that only had 1 drink each. Not to mention that the person packing the order was so lost and had to keep checking every single drink. I wasted my entire break waiting for a beverage, as someone that worked fnb before this standard is just horrible.
