Ordered a double chocolate coffee and I was served something entirely different. I pointed to the menu and showed the girl but she still proceeded to give me a watered down chocolate milk which tasted like it had almost no sugar (I requested for full sugar). I regularly buy this drink so I was immediately able to tell that I was given a different drink. And on top of this, she tried to charge me 4.60 even tho it's specifically mentioned as 4.00. Both girls on shift were unfriendly, why work in customer service if you are mean ????

Standard Liho outlet at B3 of 313@Somerset where all the food are. Bought a Lychee Aloha for my daughter who loves it. No complaints and she finished it, so it must have been good. $3.90 for the drink, accepts Shopback Pay too.

The Jing Syuan Tea is very nice and smoothing, not too bitter, the fragrance is nicer than Wolong tea. Must try. Very good. Customers service is usually friendly when they not busy if they busy have to be understanding customers. Thanks LiHo.

Suppose to be a smoothie, but the ice blended were not fine enough to get a slushy mixture. End up with chucks of ice that couldn't melt quickly and couldn't be suck up through the straw.. Confirmed with the staff and staff said it is suppose to be like that because ice blended 🤷

Liho outlet @ 313Somerset situated at B4 level is the right location whereby there have lot of food and snack outlets. This is definitely a good combination where everyone will love to buy drinks to go together with their food and snacks bought. It is no doubt the business will rocket high with these superior location. Of cos not forgetting the variety of drinks available for selection. It is not difficult to find one holding liho drinks via their shopping spree. Majority is holding liho famous bubbles tea. If those who prefer pure tea rather than bubbles tea, it is also easily available from the liho menu.

Very good service, staff is very patient with helping me how to do the purchase thru the app. Will sure patronize again.

I’m an regular customer This outlet I was serve by an female staff that was wearing spec I did ask her what’s is your best seller Her reply was hmm uh you see what you like oh . Usually I visit all the liho outlet usually the staff will recommend the drinks .

Boba Tea tasted Ok but the staff probably needs abit more training . Made a few of us wait unnecessarily while he kept making orders without giving it all the waiting customers

Been awhile since i had Liho. Today i feel like i want something refreshing yoghurt like, and the got strawberry yoghurt. It’s delightful! Will definitely be my new fave. Service could be friendlier but hey i got my drinks nice so that’s all i need

Staffs are friendly and well recommend of their drink. Outlet was much cleaner then before.
