This was an unexpected, but wonderful find! While wandering through a shopping center, we noticed a charming restaurant full of people. We ended up stopping in the following night and had an awesome time. The owner and chef, Elly, was so fun as she directed the experience. The food is tapas style and some of the best we had in Singapore. The atmosphere is cozy as you sit around a community bar, sharing conversation with everyone there. Looking back, this was an unplanned highlight of our trip.

The restaurant offers traditional Vietnamese dishes, recreated with meticulous ingredients and preparation in Japanese style.
Wagyu beef pho is not only a dish, but also a symbol of cultural exchange. The Vietnamese style - rustic and rich - is highlighted by the Japanese spirit - delicate and respectful of every ingredient. Each bowl of pho is like a work of art, where both cultures shine together, making diners clearly feel the harmony and elegance in every detail.
LE'V is not only a place to enjoy food, but also a story of cultural exchange. Vietnamese cuisine here still retains its rustic and rich soul, but is enhanced by the sophistication and aesthetics of Japanese style. This is truly an ideal destination for those who want to explore new and unique culinary experiences.
If you are looking for a place to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine in a creative Japanese style, LE'V is a destination not to be missed.
