Superb!!! 2 thumbs up. 👍👍 will definitely return to try the other main dishes.
Very delicious indeed. A must try! The noodles cooked Al denté to perfection and the prawn based broth is superb.
Just add SGD$3.90 for a choice of drink and side dish. If you like Century Egg (black egg) then opt of the side dish with century gag and silken tofu. Super delicious. If not here are other options.

Yummy thick prawn broth soup. Fresh ingredients. Well braised pork ribs
What to improve
Prawn inside prawn dumplings seems to have shrunk over the years.

The place offers dry ramen with ebiko prawn paste ball tossed with chili vinegar, which has a more pronounced mala taste but is still quite enjoyable. The shrimp broth is also quite good, but adding chili will enhance its flavor. We can request chili if we’d like. The prices are reasonable, and the ordering system allows us to select fewer noodles.

You’ve to order some sides along with the noodles as there’s only 3 dumplings. For the price point I think alright. As the second bowl is on a 50% discount. I think it’s a weekday deal. Can go check it out if you’re nearby. Went over during dinner. There’s no queue.

Nestled within the glitz of an ostentatious mall, this hidden gem was an unexpected revelation. I found myself seated, anticipating my order of two variations of Chinese ramen—one with shrimps 🦐 , the other with pork ribs. And let me tell you, the shrimps 🦐 ramen was nothing short of a masterpiece. The broth alone was an intricate dance of flavours—“wok hei” aroma and a delicate interplay of sweetness, rich umami, and a gentle brininess from the shrimps 🦐. Each spoonful felt like a savory wave of wok hei , with every note perfectly measured. It was a deeply satisfying bowl of ramen that left me wanting more with each bite.
However, the pork ribs ramen didn’t quite reach the same heights. While it was undoubtedly a solid dish, it lacked the captivating depth and balance that made the shrimps🦐 ramen truly exceptional. The ribs, tender as they were, didn’t deliver the same complexity in flavour. It was satisfying, yes, but it didn’t linger on my palate the way the shrimp 🦐version did.
Even so, I’ll surely find myself returning to this place, especially when I’m craving that perfect bowl of wok hei 🦐.ramen as I stroll along Orchard Road. It’s the kind of dish that beckons you back, time and time again.
