I bought a defect piece (buttons stuck together on the romper) went to the paragon store to ask how to go about, she mentioned to write in but wasn't able to find any email on your website, submitted the feedback form earlier this week but haven't heard back since. ordered and collected at the paragon stall but did not check on the spot as I was rushing and there were a few customers at the cashier counter.

Went in to get some gifts the other day, and the sales associate, Jasmine, was incredibly helpful. She made the entire shopping experience very delightful, with recommendations of what to get and what were good options! Very pleased with my experience in store, and definitely will be shopping in store than online in future!

Came last week with my niece. Such a cute shop, but sadly many clothes don’t have full sizes just like this panda one, such a pity as my niece really liked this.
The 2 ladies Jas and Yun there were very helpful and we still managed to get something else in the end. ☺️

Greatly appreciate Jasmine's exemplary customer service when I was at the store, who was very helpful throughout. The store is also bright and welcoming. An overall very pleasant shopping experience, will definitely re-visit if there's anything I would like to purchase from Le Petite Society!
