Have received a gift from my friends when my newborn arrived! Didn’t realise that the backing of the snap buttons was off until I let my child wear it when she is older (because it was size 9m)! Tried to ask the shopkeeper via Instagram if they can do an exchange or mend it from their end (as the backing of the snap buttons seem to be done using a professional machine), but they can’t help because it was past the exchange period of 15 days! Pretty disappointed by the quality of the product though the designs are nice
