Eileen's provision for a convenient and one-stop professional introduction, handling of order, advice on promotional deals to help in savings and arrangement for an eventual smooth delivery makes her invaluable for both LAC and customers, in my view. 🥰
Also, I must mention about the friendly, responsible and patient deliveryman who really went through the extra mile to go through with me to make sure that the total number of delivery items that I had received tally. This came as a pleasant, and very much appreciated surprise, because all others, if not, most deliveryman simply just chuck the delivery items to a corner outside the gate/door - without pressing the door bell eventhough there is one for them to press on to alert whoever at home to receive the delivery parcel(s). Most deliverymen usually just pass the delivery items and did not wait for the recipient to check the received items. 👍
Last but not least, Eileen is very approachable, friendly and responsible. She does not give empty promises and rest assured that she would surely return a reply by the promised day/time frame. 😍

I have been buying LAC for a while online. This is the first in-store purchase. Extremely bad customer service. I wanted to include my membership in the payment but they were very rude. Not at all supportive to enter the membership. They require a password which I might have put a long ago. They don't even know the instructions on how to enter a membership. Overall very rude and bad attitude.

Eileen is the best staff I met @ Lac. I went to many outlets before and on one occassion I met and bought something at Ion Outlet and from that excellent shopping experience, Ion is the only outlet I will go for my purchase. Eileen makes my shopping purchase very seamless as I travel alot. I can order from her when I am overseas and when I reached SG, wala....my gooda arrived enough for me to fly again. She always work out the best savings purchase for me and introduces items that are excellent! Thank you Eileen! U are AWESOME AND A GEM to LAC. LAC pls be so proud to have a staff like Eileen! She serves with passion and delivers excellent customer service that went beyond my expectation, from seamless purchase to introduction to savings to delivery! I truly enjoyed being served by Eileen as she always have my interest to make things work towards my convenience due to my hectic work and travel plan.

Had a very bad experience at this outlet. The sales person was very hard sell on french pine bark. Where we only planned to buy omega 3 supplement. She introduce a box of 300 pills of french pine bark instead of lesser pill that are also sold in at the outlet to try out. The purpose of getting lesser pill will to see if there is any allergy reaction. But she keep on hard sell who only care about her own commission and not to customer concerns. I will not visit this outlet again. Once is enough.

A very unpleasant shopping experience. I was served by staff name Haze. Weeks ago I went to ION store with an intention to buy C4, I informed her that I am a GNC member before to check my purchase history. She sarcastically told me that GNC profile now is not link to LAC, she laughed and I felt humilated. I decided not to buy. Today, I came back because I really need to have that(C4) for my fitness plans, upon payment I wanted to sign up for a LAC member , have a proflie. To my shock, she told me that I would need to buy a minimum of $150 to be a n LAC member which I am not aware of, I recalled my past experience with her I am traumatized by her service. She was pushing me to buy supplement French pine bark so I can be member(an expensive supp). I declined her and quickly payed the bill because I dont want to feel embarassed again , she didnt gave me the receipt only the the credit card slip. I wonder why? Just because I bought worth $39.50 where will be no receipt to be issued? I need a valid explanation for this, if not I will escalate this for legal action.

I have been buying LAC for 20years and I would like to take the chance to thanks the staffs at ION today. They are knowledgeable and recommend products that suits my needs. They are also great in sharing me the best discounts on my product purchase.Good job ladies ! I always recommend my friends to ION store.

The only lady retail assistant was disinterested to explain the benefits of cheaper products I was keen to buy and kept suggesting to get more premium products. Her behaviours indicated she was only keen to sell more than the 2 boxes I wanted. Given that this is in ion orchard, I would expect professional customer service. Her service does not reflect well on the GNC brand. She might appear like a veteran with tons of experience but she unfortunately came off as a sales person with an arrogant attitude with no real product knowledge. there was no conversation on health needs and health concerns. Her priority seemed to be pushing more sales. The GNC retail folks in the heartlands are more sincere and helpful than this lady here.

I second the reviews here on pushy tactics. It seems like nothing has been done to improve service standards since the previous review.
Walked in Dec 2023 to get 2 bottles of fish oil. The senior sales manager immediately introduced French Pine bark without even answering my queries on the fish oil supplements. When she learnt that I’m consuming French Pine bark, she insisted I should take two tablets instead even though it is advised on the box packaging to take 1 tablets for every 45kg of body weight. She kept pushing for sales incessantly for French Pine bark 300 tabs and gave condescending remarks. It blew her mind that I wasn’t interested in purchasing French Pine bark that day and when she exhausted all her marketing tactics, she suggested for me to pay via instalment. Never going to walk into this branch again. Their products are pretty good though, I highly recommend buying online instead to save the hassle of a negative shopping experience.
