Please do not promote Shopee pay vouchers when your store does not even accommodate it. Went to the store twice, was being told the "Shopee Pay" sticker is there but "we don't know when it is available to redeem". It's really frustrated and shown inconsideration of Krispy Kreme, you can just put a label showing "Shopee pay is not available at the moment" instead of doing nothing!!

I just bought few pieces of donuts in your Wisma outlet today 30/4/2021. That lady who served me never listen properly what I needs and gave me the wrong favourite. I just got to realise it when I reached home and felt disappointed. I don’t know is she never pay attention or just over confident. The one she gave is not my favourite at all!!!!

Donuts are great. But if you’re gonna charge 20cents for plastic bag without giving an alternative. The least you could do is give an appropriate size bag.

I had completed a survey for Krispy Kreme to receive a free original glazed. I came back to claim the donut but was turned away by a cashier who said it should be claimed within 14 days of purchase. Upon close look however, it appears to be saying that the survey has to be done within 14 days of purchase, not that the claim for a free donut should be made within those 14 days. In any case the language is unclear. I can show that I have completed the survey with a validation code I received upon completion. I would very much like some clarification from Krispy Kreme on this & the donut I’m entitled to.

It was my 1st time trying KK and I was pleasantly surprised! Some where really good and creamy, crunchy and yummy!There's also a EOD deal with reduced price for 6 items! The 2nd time I tried Harry Potter's themed donuts, ended up with blue and green (hufflepuff and slitherin) all over my mouth and fingers

A kaleidoscope of colors and tastes awaits a Krispy Kreme customer. All outlets I have visited throughout Asia are well-designed, decorated with the signature Krispy Kreme logo brightly lit. I take a lot less sugar and carbohydrates these days. Beautiful donuts to look at, but I no longer have any sugar cravings, haha.

We purchased the original KK tonight yesterday.sad to say, The outer glaze was watery doughnut tasty soggy. Will not waste my money again.

The Krispy Kreme doughnuts which I bought from Paragon Orchard was so soft in texture. I like the plain original doughnuts but there are many flavors like red velvet, matcha, New York cheesecake and many others. We bought 10 pieces and got 2 free. We enjoyed our buy with our family members.
