very bad service, i work around orchard and i always buy krispy kreme from wisma. service sucks. one time they would charge me 10 cents for a bag if they feel like it or even 20 cents. sometimes they would give it for free. sometimes they would have a 5 free 1 offer and when they don’t put the sign up and we ask for it they say they don’t have it anymore. 5 minutes later the sign is up. BAD SERVICE.

1st time buying from this outlet at Wisma Atria.. 1st and last time.. 5 Aug, Friday, about 5pm.. Shutter was down when I went over 1st time.... After awhile, saw shutter up and I went back... service was 👎👎👎👎👎. Staff should not treat waiting customer like non existence or least importance. If doing or settling some stockcount is more important, continue to keep the shutter down for awhile so no customer will be there to disturb. Do not recommend. ⛔️

5 July 2024 730pm. Stupid cao ah lian sales assistant. Abandoned her post for 15min. After finally back, served customers with a stupid biatch face. Deserves to be sacked.

😮💨 I went to your Krispy Kreme shop at Wisma Atria basement today on 2nd May 2023 Tues at about 3.20 pm approximately. ❌️ I wanted to get the original glazed donuts but there was no one there, There was a handwritten cardboard sign that says " taking a break. Will be back at 4.15 pm". 😰 Sorry, I don't have time to wait for your staff to return from their break. So I left empty handed. I am not the only one. There were other people wanting to buy donuts but they left too.

Extremely trauma rising and the worse service staff I have seen - the staff is just extra rude and unhappy - this is sad as doughnuts are good but I done get it - why over 11 years of purchases I never heard a hi or thanks or see you Also doughnuts have shrieked —-

Grossly incompetent staff who did not know how to use the evoucher and wasted 15 min texting his manager for advice. Left without anything. Walked over to paragon outlet and redemption was seamless.

Staff was extremely unhappy and rude. Very unpleasant experience. I seldom leave any reviews on here but this experience was too unpleasant and traumatising not to leave one.
