My go-to during break to get the standard milk tea with pearls ($4.40). The counter staff are friendly and this outlet offers the black pearls unlike the other normal outlets! :)

Although this KOI outlet enjoys a superb location, I usually only visit when I’m shopping at Takashimaya. The menu is consistent with other KOI outlets, but the service here tends to be more efficient and pleasant. I was delighted to find out that their Orh-Nee Milk Tea has made a return due to overwhelming demand. It still retains the same rich goodness — loaded with fragrant yam paste and chewy mini taro balls. A comforting treat that’s definitely worth coming back for!

Love this outlet for Koi bbt takeout, simply because their service is fast and I can do self packing in whichever manner I like. Currently they are having their seasonal drink - guava flavoured on the menu, it's refreshing and thirst quenching. I brought a koi mystery box for fun too! It's only $6.50 per box with purchase of 1 drink. Go try your luck now :) My all time fav drink here is Grass Jelly Milk Tea!

Love it!So good,if you’re a child,I recommend you to drink the brown sugar fresh milk.

I come here at least 2 times a week, bit never thought to review. So, here I am. Amazing quality drinks, love the bobas- they are so perfect and delicious 😋. The staff are always kind, and in a good mood, and best of all, the macarons (idk how to spell). They are pretty expensive, but they are DELICIOUS. I reccomend the Lychee black tea with 100% sugar level, and regular brown sugar bobas. I reccomend this place to anyone out there.

The green fruit tea was too sweet even if I only choose 25% sugar. The fruit pellets seems to have coating of sugar. Too sweet and artificial taste. Regret paying so much for this tea. Couldn't finish and just discarded. Totally not worth!!!
