SLOW service. Even though it is not Crowded. So exepect wait even though no crowd. Takeaways only, no seats avail.

Drinks are made really fast and the staff are very good at their job. The queue on Saturday nights is usually pretty long and they seem understaffed but they did a good job on delivering the drinks and taking orders at the same time.

My friends and I visited your outlet this afternoon and were greatly disappointed by the customer service when placing our orders. When your customer responds with 'huh?,' it means they can't hear what you're saying clearly. However, instead of repeating the question patiently, your staff responded very rudely and only changed her tone of voice after noticing that my friend was staring at her. Everyone is going through something, but that is not a valid excuse to treat others with such attitude.

Friendly and great service by the staff at the taka outlet! They make really consistently good bubble tea too
