Good place to satisfy your milk tea cravings if any, but the pricing has been growing more expensive since. Queue moves fast though.

Staff kiara should do cashier more cause I like the way she serve me whn I order koi tat day cause she makes me feel super happy & she dun deserve to do all the kitchen stuffs tho tbh shld let all the newcomers do all the kitchen stuffs instead lol tsk.

Went KOI Somerset around 9pm and honestly quite disappointed with the service, especially from one of the staff named Jill. After she served the previous customer, I was just standing nearby to look at the menu first before ordering. She clearly saw me standing there, but totally ignored me and didn’t even ask if I wanted to order. I waited there for a few minutes, then only she slowly came over. When I told her my order in Chinese, she straightaway replied in English asking “Medium or large?” but her tone was unclear and I thought she was asking about sugar level, so I answered 50. Suddenly she raised her voice very rudely and repeated “Medium or large?!” like I offended her or what. Really don’t understand why need to be so rude. If you don’t want to work, then don’t take it out on customers. We all just want to buy drinks, not get attitude. KOI should seriously train their staff better in customer service. No basic manners and very unfriendly.

The 3 ladies working today are very patient. The cashier explained to me about CNY Koi card package and how it works. Another lady came to assist me step by step in the app. Last lady answered my question about the koi drink. Thank you three for being so patient and helpful. The experience was fantastic!!

Dear KOI Team, I don’t usually leave negative feedback, and in fact, this is my first time doing so. However, I feel compelled to share a very disappointing experience I had with one of your cashier staff. The staff member was wearing a “trainee” badge, but the receipt listed the clerk as qiaolin26818. From the moment I approached the counter, her tone was unfriendly and made it feel like taking my order was a hassle. During payment, I needed a moment to top up my card as it was my first time using the Scan & PayNow option on your cashier screen. Instead of being patient or helpful, she made a very unfriendly gesture and asked for my phone in a way that felt rude and pressuring. I looked around and noticed I was the only customer in line, so the sense of being rushed was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be maintained—especially in customer service. Working at KOI means interacting with people, and I hope this staff member can be reminded of the importance of treating customers with respect and politeness. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I truly hope you will look into this matter and provide appropriate guidance to your staff.

Very bad service. I ordered through the Koi App. When my order was ready to collect, I approached the lady behind the counter to ask but she told me that my drink was not ready. I stood aside waiting for my drink while looking at the counter and saw she secretly took out my drink and place it at the side. After about 5 mins when I approached, she said yes it was ready and the drink that she took out minutes ago, was mine. This outlet, led by 2 ladies displayed a Very bad service

Love Koi’s membership perks! Tapped on the 1-for-1 free medium sized sized of your choice during birthday month. It also comes with any topping of your choice. I had the Green Tea Macchiato with Icecream 25% sugar. And tried the Lychee Milk Tea with Pearls 25% sugar on the new seasonal menu. The lychee was wayyyyy too overpowering and was quite sweet despite 25%.

I have always come to this outlet to buy KOI and follow the signboard to queue as stated but today your staff told me not to follow the signboard. I think your staff need to either follow the signboard as stated or take it down so they can make the call of where customers should queue.
