I'd say the best value milk tea in Singapore. Great customer service and very quick. Clean cups, good seal, sharp straw, great oolong base, chewy golden pearls no grit

Mingmin, Shu Man and Wai Kin at this outlet are always hard at work, very friendly and accommodating to requests. Love how they go the extra mile to provide good service. Chose to revisit this outlet multiple times bc the staff are so warm and kind :)

I'm so sorry for this low rating but I have drank koi everywhere and sometime chocolate mood I will go for Ovaltine. But here i have the most awful Ovaltine ever.. super dilute like Ovaltine powder not enough.. I thought maybe i put too low sugar level.. nope. . The colour is always looking like muddy water (extremely diluted) whereas other outlet was much more like Ovaltine . Ohh I drink straight when I recieve not like 3 hours so don't blame me for drinking hours later .

Tea is nice. Surprised they don't accept Visa/Master card though. The staff is very understanding and friendly.

Did not have a pleasant experience when I was trying to make an order yesterday. When i was making payment, i was informed that there was insufficient money in my Koi E-Wallet and had to ask a Staff on how to pay using my phone. At that moment I forgot the word ’Paynow’ and kept trying to tell her that I would like to pay using a phone app. I understand that i was holding the queue behind me, but the staff was not very helpful as well when she started getting frustrated with me and kept telling me that there is not enough money in the Koi E-wallet to make payment. Things started to get a little ugly when we argued a little and I ended with saying I would like to make a complaint about her for her attitude. The staff then took her name badge out from her apron and put it on the counter and proceeds to ask me to go ahead and make a complaint. She then ended by asking me to take my drink and said ’Go go go. As someone who is also working in the service line I understand that dealing with customers can be tough at times especially when there is difficulty understanding what the customer wants. But there was no need to be rude and shoo me away in such a manner, that does not show professionalism at all.

The best milk tea + macchiato brand for me. Whether in Singapore or Vietnam, the taste is still delicious Rcm milk tea golden bubble and macchiato lines, delicious drinks at koi thé However, this time Koi did not give a heat-retaining bag, I don't know if it's because it's in Singapore or not, but in Vietnam, Koi does not use heat-retaining bags, instead, it uses plastic wrap to keep the environment clean.
