Tried a few of their ramens, the truffle ones were okay but quite underwhelming. Noodles were nicely al dente, but the bowls were small and lacked ingredients. The broth was flat, and the pork had a frozen taste. Gyozas were oily and soggy. Service was friendly and quick, and the place was clean though quite cramped. Paid about $60 for two bowls, gyoza, and drinks. For the portion and taste, it felt overpriced. Nice staff, but I wouldn’t come back.

I ordered the dry truffle ramen — served with chashu, onsen egg, and chopped mushrooms. The truffle aroma was nice, and the noodles were firm and chewy (some might find them a bit too firm). Served slightly cool, probably because it’s the dry version. Located inside a mall with little to no queue, fast service — great for a quick meal!

I was fortunate enough to try the ramen when this store was newly opened. The truffle ramen was so good and the truffle smell permenated across the seating area. However, the recent time that I had the opportunity to try again, wasn't that good Service- It was generally good. led to the table and told to order with QR code. Our free water came after we ordered. Food came between five and ten minutes. Had to go to the cashier counter to make payment. Food- ordered truffle broth ramen,Gyukotsu shoyu ramen (beef broth) and Charshu charhan. All were not up to expectations as I was sorely disappointed that the standards had dropped drastically. All broth was like diluted and didn't give any satisfaction from drinking. Location- orchard gateway mall level one. Value- about 20 per pax after all the service charge 10% and 9% GST. There should be better ramen around at about the same pricing.

The Ebi Sakura Truffle Ramen had very little ingredients, tasted fine, was very underwhelming, but nicely al dente and had strong truffle flavor. It’s mostly dried ebi sprinkles and some super thin slices of not sure what but it’s almost nothing. Serving is small. Luckily I ordered a side of pork gyozas. Also tiny but decent. Friendly service team but overall not for me.

Love the soup base of the black garlic ramen. We also ordered truffle broth and tonkotsu ramen. They were simply delicious and can tell the broth is cooked from scratch because we do not feel thirsty after eating the ramen. Food was also served promptly...didn't have to wait too long. Can choose the texture of noodles that we prefer. The tonkotsu portion is generous and texture is soft and it simply melts in your mouth! <3 Highly recommended for ramen lovers!

Just NO. I am offended that they dare to call that bowl of lifeless turbid liquid 'ramen'. Tasteless souless bodyless broth, timid toppings, barely any meat on the chasu. AVOID. Seriously. There are Much better actual ramen shops in the same mall. Or if you don't want to make the effort, try a japanese rice bowl at Aburi on the same floor.

I ordered the truffle dry ramen and was very disappointed. The bowl came with very few toppings, and the noodles were overly oily, so much so that I couldn’t even finish it. For over $20 SGD (after GST and service charge), it felt severely overpriced for what was served. To make things worse, despite the restaurant being mostly empty inside, the waitress seated me outside along the busy mall walkway, where there was constant traffic. It was uncomfortable and felt like an afterthought. Overall, poor value for money and an unpleasant dining experience. Definitely wouldn’t return or recommend.

This restaurant in Somerset, is absolutely amazing. Their dry truffle ramen is my absolute favourite. Every time I visit, I always order it because the creamy texture and rich truffle flavor are just unmatched. It’s a ramen experience that you don’t find anywhere else, and it’s definitely a standout dish. Their soup ramen is great too, but the dry truffle ramen takes the top spot for me. As for the service, it’s decent—nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad either.

The ramen was okay, not as expected, especially at a relatively high price. We were guided to the table and ordered by QR code. A kind of service could be replaced by a robot. She (the staff) just did what she had to do instead of replying to a question from me.

Nice atmosphere, can’t say ‘nice’ about the food though. I am not a foodie, but I find their ramen quite unpalatable. I am not normally picky about my food, but I do know bad tasting food when I encounter them. I am simply amazed at their courage to open a restaurant with such food standards.
