Poor customer service. I called to asked a question and they said “no thanks” and immediately hung up. I called again in case it was an accident and they didn’t bother picking up the phone. They hung up.

I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had while calling your office earlier today. I had inquired about the exchange rates, as I was considering different money changers, and I wanted to compare rates before making my decision. However, the person I spoke to responded in a rude manner, telling me to "come down" and then abruptly ended the call without any further explanation. As I am based quite a distance away from Bugis, I was simply hoping to gather some information on the exchange rates. I hope the management will look into this matter, as I believe it is important to ensure that all customers are treated respectfully and professionally.

Attempted to scam by mentioning fake rates, do not entertain them, much better (and more honest) money changers inside same building.

Avoid this money changer. Before changing here, compare rates elsewhere first otherwise they will quote you a very lousy rate. I was in a hurry and did not check the rates in another shop. I had changed Turkish Liras yesterday and was quoted 23.20. went elsewhere and was quoted 24.50.

After comparing rates at a few stores, I was getting the best rates with the best service! Where others were being rude about me asking around, the man here just serviced me friendly, fast, and fair. If there are so many stores to pick from, go with the one that at least has some google reviews haha

Saw good reviews for this money exchange and went scouting around lucky plaza for SGD/USD rates. Came to this shop after checking with 4 diff shops and he had the best rates. deserved the high rating.
