Came here for high tea, with membership rates, we paid $49 x 2 for the high tea. It's all-savoury type of high tea, different from the standard type of high so no sweets. Loved the food. Not too much but enough to last till dinner time. You can also order crabs if you're still feeling hungry. We were lucky to get a table by the window with city view. Worth a try if you're in town.

Ordered the Alaskan King Crab and Afternoon tea! The afternoon tea is the best i have had so far and really suitable for people who dont really like sweet things (because 99% are savoury food, one dessert). Zhu Lan, our server, was attentive and helped to refill our tea whenever and also cleared our plates when they were full. She also helped entertained our request to separately packed our leftovers which i really appreciate. However, i must say that the hostess at the front were not very friendly. When my mum asked about the membership, she asked her "can you wait?" and will tell us more when she bring us to the table, and then proceeded to complain to her colleague about something. When it was time to bring us to our table, i had to probe whereby she responded with "what do you want to know about" and even asked me if i want her to tell me or for the table waitress to tell us about it. I thought her attitude was very rude. I understand we were not dressed in riches but our expenditure was more than $500 for 2. I think the least you could do was be more polite and helpful? Another thing was there was another table (of 4) foreigners who ordered the Alaskan King Crab as well but I noticed their crab were brought out for pictures whereas ours weren't. Is it we ordered only 2.4kg? Im not sure, but i definitely wasnt very impressed by that. 😌

Had high hopes for this outlet due to its good ratings, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite arriving on time for our reservation, we were only seated 20 minutes later. Service was disorganised from the start—after placing our orders, the waiter walked off without confirming anything. When we asked him to repeat the order, he rushed through it so quickly that we had to ask him to slow down just to ensure accuracy. The first dish to arrive was the vegetables, oddly served before any drinks or dim sum had even hit the table. By the time the drinks and dim sum arrived—10 minutes later—the vegetables were cold and untouched as we had intended to eat them with white rice or noodles. Food-wise, the experience was underwhelming: Dim sum: Prawns were tasteless and nowhere near the quality of Peach Garden. XO carrot cake: Tasty. Sambal Kang Kong: Ok. Seafood Fried Rice: A bit bland. Mee Goreng: Enjoyable. Claypot Seafood tofu: Disappointing—honestly, the version at my local coffee shop is better. Mocha Pork Ribs: Flavorful, but tougher than what I’ve had at their Dempsey outlet. Chilli Crab: Very good—this was probably the highlight. Steamed Australian Lobster: Disappointing—the meat was tough and not sweet, possibly due to the size (larger than the 1.2kg I had at Dempsey). The overall impression was of subpar food and forgettable service. For the nearly $665 we spent, the meal simply didn’t live up to expectations. I’ll be sticking to the Dempsey outlet next time if I’m craving Jumbo.

Food was really good, but service was not great and took too long to get their attention. Pepper crab was very good and chilli crab with the buns was good (I hoped they provided more buns). Will return and revise my review soon.
