The quality of their box is very sturdy compared to other boxes. The box arrived to my house in Ph, safely and complete. No missing items as compared to others.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. I can’t trust this service anymore at all. I was so disappointed with what happened. All customers must go through the list one by one and make sure to count what’s inside the boxes they sent to their family.
I’m so angry about what happened. It’s better to go to LBC or DHL, even if I have to pay more, because at least I'm sure that our boxes won’t be opened and that nothing will be taken from inside. I hate this service. I spent so much money to make sure I could give my family a Christmas present, and look what they received!
