I've tried a few different balikbayan providers in singapore and i must say i've had the best experience with jolly b. Although they are slightly more expensive, their boxes are the thickest and sturdiest, they provide regular updates on the tracking status, pick up and delivery was efficient and they always pick up when I call. thank you!

I have a very bad experience with Jolly-B box on how they cater their customers. On last September 6 my two boxes was taken at my block at choa chu kang street 54 hoping that they provide a good customers services. I have called their office and asking them when it will ship out from Singapore but unfortunately there was no definite answer. Hence, they have just answered me that due to bad weather. After several days hoping that they provide updates but to no avail. And now October 15, still I don't have any update when is the two boxes will be delivered to my house. This is very frustrating as the previous delivery from them it would only take maximum of 3 weeks. Very very frustrating. Am not recommending this freight services of Jolly-B box. 😡😡😡

One of the best but to us, the only one we trust if we have bulk deliveries to MNL- as in we have used them maybe for 8years or more already. Hassle-free like 2-3 weeks waiting time. The staff are helpful to assist on pick-up scheduling, one time we overpaid and they paid us back through pay now without issue. I pray for their success and praying service quality remain the best!
