Dr. Chua Jun Jin is an exceptional doctor who combines expertise with a reassuring bedside manner. He recently performed a procedure for my family member, and we were very impressed with how smoothly everything went. Dr JJ Chua is a highly skilled professional who is PASSIONATE about his work! This is why I feel as his patient, one should just have patience and listen to all his diagnosis & sharing first, before asking him questions, simply because he is very knowledgeable and very sharp with beauty matters. He can already answer your questions in your head without you asking 😄

Extremely Disappointing and Rude – Avoid Dr. Chua
I had a revision rhinoplasty done by Dr. Chua due to an infection that was causing swelling on one side of my nose. Not only is Dr. Chua extremely expensive, but I have never encountered such an arrogant and rude doctor. After the surgery, my nose became thinner and longer, my tip was made larger—none of which I asked for—and my bridge also dropped.
To make matters worse, the infection became even more severe after his surgery. When I raised my concerns, his response was outrageous. He accused me of overreacting and even suggested I see a psychiatrist. He also called me belligerent when I wrote an honest review of my experience (before a year had passed since the surgery) and asked me to take it down.
Now, several years later, I’m sharing my experience again. I would never recommend Dr. Chua—his treatment was poor, he is incredibly rude, and the entire experience has been a disaster. Avoid him at all costs.

Last year, I had a freak accident at the driving range when I was accidentally hit in the left eye by a golf club while standing behind my daughter, who was practicing golf. The impact left a deep cut just below my eye, and I was incredibly grateful I didn’t lose my vision. Thankfully, Dr. JJ Chua came to my aid right after the accident. He skillfully stitched me up—15 stitches in total—and the recovery was swift! Dr. Chua also prescribed his medical skincare for maintenance, and by the second week, the scar had already faded into a faint line. My friends and colleagues were amazed at how well I had healed, and I proudly told them I had the best plastic surgeon in town. Six months ago, my insurance agent even called me for Dr. Chua’s contact, as one of her clients had suffered a similar accident. Now, 1.5 years later, the scar is virtually invisible. I am so grateful for Dr. JJ Chua and his exceptional care. Thank you, Dr. Chua!
