Lol very rude and condescending staff. Middle-aged bespectacled pinay lady barking at all the customers who were patiently waiting in line. I would think error messages on the self checkout machines should be dealt with by the staff not the customers in queue.

Payment is extremely messy as there is no guide on where to queue, where to weigh the dried goods etc. There was also no staff present to assist, one appeared after a while and was very impatient with customers. Used a very condescending tone ‘ok you’re done!’ to the customer before me, who was figuring out which payment mode to choose. Not something I’d expect to see at Ion Orchard.

Hey Jasons, for the price you charge, your can't save on the electricity for your chillers. And the staff hides in the office with no one at the self service kiosks that frequently require "assistance". Absolutely the lousiest market with no staff when needed and complain when asked

Cashier is not easy to use. Especially for tourists. Bad attitude from short hair, glasses lady, around 45-50 years old. When asking help to check out using their machine she slam the computer and raise her voice. I asked her nicely, kindly check your cctv at around 1:55 pm on 4th of August. She should watch her nasty behaviour

A small supermarket within ION, with a good selection of wine and beer, plus snacks. If you need more choices or fed up with the self checkout counter, it would be better to go Cold Storage at Ngee Ann City B2 or Paragon B1.
