Now that's the most disgusting sushi maki set I bought from Jason at the Ion branch. It's not even fresh. The rice is tough and is like consuming sand. I wonder how long they kept on the shelves.

I would give zero if possible. I politely asked for help to get one of the products as it was stuck on the shelf. The container is too big to just slide over from the shelf. The lady staff looked at me with so much anger and attitude, and dropped the product 90 degrees to the side, still inside the shelf for me to take out. I said thank you and she just looked at me in disbelief. The product is salad, inside a plastic container. The last thing i want is to spill anything out. Mind you, I asked with "excuse me", "could you help" and ended with "thank you". She said nothing with her mouth, but said a lot with her look and attitude. I don't expect a lot from Singapore customer service, but at the very least politeness and basic courtesy as human beings.

I had a disappointing experience with one of the Filipino staff members. After completing my self-checkout transaction, I needed assistance to get a purchased plastic bag. I looked around for staff and eventually found her busy with a task. I politely asked for the bag, but she ignored me. Thinking she might not have heard me, I repeated my request. She then stopped what she was doing but didn’t respond or even make eye contact. Instead, she gave me an annoyed look, sighed in frustration, and walked away to get another staff member to assist me. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Bad service. No service staff at the checkout counters. When i was at the self checkout counter, i press the ‘call for assistance’ button as i was facing problems. I waited, no one came. By then, there was a long queue to check out. I didnt want to hold the queue, so i walked in to search for a staff. I had to call the staff a few times before she responded to me. She was talking to another staff and both of them were not doing anything else other than talking. They then called out to another staff who seem to be busy to come over and assist me.

Short pinoy woman with short hair was absolutely rude. Politely asked a question about the price and she made it seem as though we were disturbing her! Atrocious.

Very well kept orderly and automated. One lady in charge, payment is cashless. Perhaps the answer to the labour crunch situation in Singapore.

A very nicely located mini Mart at ION. like a mini cold storage, buy kind you, kit at sheng siong or ntuc prices of course. But nonetheless a nice convenient store to drop by or urgent groceries shopping if you need etc.
