Bought a screen protector from here. Well overpriced at $69. Within a day it had cracked for no apparent reason. Also looked at buying a Mac and AirPods here. Can buy elsewhere for cheaper.

If I can give a zero rating, I would. Absolutely 0 customer service here. Please visit this store if you are a masochist and wish to be ridiculed at by aloof crew members. Went in on a Sunday afternoon to ask on 17 pro stock availability and the male staff simply shook his head with a condescending smirk on his face. He probably felt it was a waste of time to even just reply that the model is sold out. To add further insult to injury, when I asked if he could take down a case to take a closer look, he just curtly rejected. How in the world can I make a decision to buy an accessory if I cannot take a closer look at it to determine if it’s the right fit for me? With such ‘stellar’ customer service rendered from him, I’m not surprised if your store will go out of business in the near future.

They don’t do repairs here even though the Apple website lists this location as a repair centre (where they will send it to Tampines). The guy in the photo said “don’t send here go to Apple. Across the street only. Don’t come here. Take so long, for what.” I can only attribute this to either reluctance or laziness to help with the repair I.e. after sales care. If that’s the case I propose buying from Apple across the street as well rather than this shop.

I got my Mac Studio, Studio Display and Apple Watch here three years ago, and it was a very pleasant experience, even though there were issues with stock availability. Returned a few days ago to get a new iPad Pro, and was not disappointed at all. Kudos especially to Zhenhao, who helped me with the process and answered all my questions. Friendly service, and no big crowds. A very satisfied long time Apple user! Thank you, iStudio Paragon!

Bought phone lenses protector & screen protector on 21/10/24 and came back to feedback that there were a numbers of particles on the screen. At first thought was this guy quite friendly & helpful. I managed to get a replacement with twice times changed, however that staff tried many times to fix it for last changed(3rd time). After he done, he asked me to check & i told him still got few more. And he started feeling impatient and said cannot tear again otherwise it will be more particles……He passed phone back to me & walked away without informing. After a while he still ignored me, and me just left since nobody asked me again. This was bad experience ever since so many purchased items from this store. Is this against the consumer rights? How to guarantee customer satisfaction on the product quality? It’s seems like this product is bad quality. Service provider should be improved.

I had a very terrible purchase experience when I tried to trade in my iPhone 16 for a new iPhone 17. I was quoted $774 for the trade in and the offer was valid for seven days from purchase and that was part of the decision for me to make the trade in. The sales consultant told me I could come anytime within 7 days and the offer would still be valid. However, 3 days later after purchasing, I went to trade in my phone, the trade-in value came back at $200 lower. The sales consultant admitted it was her mistake and apologised. Unfortunately, no refunds were allowed, so I had to be firm that the agreed-upon price for the new iPhone didn’t materialise. In the end, the sales consultant had to come up with her own money to make up the difference and the final trade in value was $748! Lower than what was quoted!! But what choice do I have? Will never purchase from them ever.
