Extremely bad service towards customers. One staff (60 +) commented:” u never buy clothes ah, our adult clothes is like this , need to go and alter outside if is not fitted. “after I said the smallest size is still a bit too big for me . I’m a 30+ year adult , I really wonder what does she mean by “our adult “ , I didn’t ask more as I respect she is senior and almost at grandma’s age .😡😤

Extremely bad customer service and bad quality. Wore my shirt for only 5 hours and the part in contact with my bag strap was all fluff and lint. This has NEVER happened with my other brands' shirt. My bag strap is smooth with no protruding studs whatsoever. It is clearly iRoo's quality issue. Went to their store today to ask for an exchange but received very bad customer service. The store manager blamed it on my bag strap instead of reflecting on their own quality problem.
When I showed her my bag strap and these are her own words:" this bag strap is very smooth, shouldn't be causing this problem" she said this exact sentence in chinese.
Even after acknowledging that my bag strap was not the problem here, the store manager refused to do any exchange or compensation when it is clearly their quality issue. Their service attitude is also very bad with zero empathy. Will not be visiting this brand ever again.

The fabrics used are great and the designs are really ice but the staff is not very nice to customers.... one staff called Sabrina 'shamed' my friend and I into buying the clothes , saying our loud and complaining to another staff that we 'tried the clothes for 3 but never buy any' when we were only in the shop for less than an hour... the way she blatantly treated us made us uncomfortable and at first I was planning to buy more pieces of clothes because I felt bad but I only ended up buying 1 because of this staff ... I am a regular customer of iROO and I've been to multiple outlets but I've never had an experience like this is really shocking to me and will remain an unforgettable experience, it has really tainted iROO's reputation to me...

The quality of the clothes is very bad. The jeans I bought fell apart after one wash. When I took them back, the attitude of the clerk was very rude. They are not responsible for any after-sales service after you buy the clothes. You should think twice before buying clothes from this store.
