Staff are so friendly & helpful, especially Lily! She’s patient in explaining me what type of products that suits me, going extra mile to help me get the stuff I need from other outlets, saving me the trip to travel down! Really pleasant experience in this Taka innisfree outlet. :)

I've visited Innisfree recently and was assisted by Gladys. She was incredibly kind, warm and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were genuinely thoughtful and spot-on! And she also took the time to share her personal beauty routine with me. I’m buying my products at Takashimaya B2. I really like the friendly, helpful and professional service of Lily. She is so patient with me, advising me on the new Retinol ampoule , the steps to use the different skincare products. So comfortable with her . Quite satisfied with one lady’s service. Went to get my pen eyeliners. She shared her personal experience and recommended Retinol Cica which was the thing I needed then :)

staffs were chatting among themselves. tall, light brown hair lady staff around early-mid 20s seems to have no experience with the innisfree products when asked. bad experience.

I had a really enjoyable and happy shopping experience in Innisfree (Takashimaya) on 3 September 2024 😊. Ms Joelens has taken the initiative to approach me thrice to offer her service. She has this calm and sisterly disposition 😊 as she shared with me her strong products knowledge built on her experiences in using Innisfree products. Even when I overstayed their store’s opening hours, Joelens and her female colleague were cool and patient. They have also given me a number of samples to try. Thanks so much! 😃
