Staff was chatting by themselves initially. But when I signaled for assistance. One of them came right away and was very friendly and patient. Explaining the differences and sharing the promotion available. Am overall happy w the experience

I purchase my items in different branches depending where I am in, but I buy in this outlet more often. I only have two products that I consistently use - the Aloe Revital Soothing Gel and Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam EX. They are almost part of me already as I am using them for quite some time now. They are suited for my skin type and each item can last long. Whenever I see or hear new products whether from Innisfree or from other brands, it doesn’t cross my mind to give them a try as I am happy and I think I will stick to my two holy grail items.

Was told the gift set was 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' when it was actually 50% off each set. Wasn't given the free samples kit that website mentioned it will be given with no min purchase in store.

went into the store and no one came to help, i'm a 14 year old teenager and amongest the customers in the store, i was one of the youngest. all the employees were only providing service to the adults, and when i tried asking for help, they walked away. ended up not getting what i originally wanted.

Innisfree is a major Korean cosmetic brand. This store is rather large and shopping experience is good. It's a little understaff though. So, you'd need a little patience if you have to seek help.
