I truly enjoyed my experience here ❤️ The vibe is classy and really relaxing. And the staff are extremely caring and friendly! I love that there is no hardselling or selling tactics that makes you feel bad if you don’t make a purchase. The prices are open and clear! Stephanie and my therapist Mei xian are so nice and I felt super comfortable throughout the process 🥹 Thank you.

Great service from Cindy! She is always very friendly and helpful throughout the sessions. She is an asset to the company. Got along with her super well, every session was comfortable.
However the receptionists could have been more understanding from my experience. I did dropped by on the scheduled date a day earlier by mistake because they had recently adjusted a message reminder to 2 days prior. I could sense the staffs unhappiness and they were speaking/whispering infront of me at the counter while looking at me. I mean everyone makes mistakes and i do have to come back again the next day on the scheduled date as well. Is not that convenient for me. For the amount im paying honestly i expected better service… with that said i would not be coming back again
I could sense the tension between the employees as well maybe the seniors/managers need to be trained to be a leader not a boss

I thoroughly enjoy my experience. The ambiance is sophisticated and exceptionally relaxing. The consultant Stephanie is thoughtful & caring to cater to my needs. The therapy Cindy is excellent, remarkably attentive and helpful. I appreciate the absence of aggressive sales tactics, which fosters a comfortable environment. The pricing is transparent and clear, ensuring a pleasant and reassuring process throughout. I feel very positive whenever I visited.

Came for a customized nano jet facial and was very impressed. Therapist Gina was extremely patient and cleared most of my blocked pores (and there were a lot!!) quickly and efficiently. She also recommended multiple ways I can take better care of my skin so that my skin issues will resolve on their own. Not pushy at all with products/packages. Will recommend!

Went for first trial on Venus treatment with vouchers gifted by Kim during her IG live. Loved the store’s atmosphere, the friendly staffs and most importantly got to try the treatment that was offered based on my concerns. Overall experience was very helpful and pleasant.

I have been having my facials at Illumia since 2024 and I have to say that I enjoyed all their treatments so far.
The staff and therapist are very accommodating and understands the needs of my skin type. Each treatment is tailored accordingly and the effects are WOW. My family and friends are also amazed by the glow and effect on my skin.
I am thankful for the staff for taking such great care of me ☺️

Highly recommend! The consultant took the time to analyse, explain and recommend suitable treatments. She was also conscious that it's the first time I'm doing this, and took the time to walk through the details.
Been going for facials and they are the best! My therapist is also super friendly so it feels extra comfortable. And always open to giving advice on any questions on skincare that I may have.

Great experience! The staff here are approachable and friendly. Stephanie, the consultant, listens to my concerns patiently and address them with clarity. Gina, the therapist, is pleasant and thorough with the treatments. Dr Ong is attentive and very assuring. She listens carefully to any concerns and takes the time to explain things clearly. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at illumia with Gina and Cheryl. They were very attentive and gave detailed advice on how to care for my skin. The clinic was clean and peaceful. Overall a good experience for me.
