The staff at Illumia are always so friendly and make me feel very comfortable during each visit. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the treatment process clearly, which helped me feel assured throughout my fat loss journey. The treatments have been effective and I’ve noticed real improvements, making the whole experience very encouraging. Excellent service, a relaxing environment, and results that I’m happy with!

I had a great experience at Illumia Medical. My therapist Gina was very patient in explaining all the treatments clearly, and my consultant Stephanie did a good job going through the packages. I was referred by a friend to try the Sculpt and Heat treatments for my DR and stubborn fat—looking forward to seeing the results!

I came in for an express facial and had a great experience throughout the session with Gina. She explained the entire process clearly and shared details about the products used, which I really appreciated. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience very pleasant. What stood out was that there was no hard selling of products or packages — just genuine service. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to try a facial!

Amazing session. The consultant, Yvonne, was very thorough and concise and helped explain the types of skin that you have and the different kinds of treatment. My therapist, Adeline, did a very good job in my treatment. She was very experienced and it shows in the session. She was able to know all the things that I needed done and helped me with minimal pain. Highly recommend Illumia therapeutic.
