Illumia has always been a place that feels welcoming and the staff are all really knowledgeable and helpful! Yvonne is always smiley, and answers all my questions with utmost patience. Pauline is extremely skilled in her work too. I really enjoy the overall experience and would recommend this place for monthly beauty maintenance!

Have been with Illumia for slightly more than a year now. Highly professional service and always reassuring in addressing concerns and recommending the right treatments. The team (Dr Ong and especially Cecilia who is the consultant) at Illumia Medical are friendly, kind and empathetic. Treatment itself is painful as can be expected with injections but it was done with care and quickly. Would highly recommend especially for those who are new to medical aesthetic treatments.

I recently visited this aesthetic clinic, and my experience was excellent. The doctor was very professional, paying great attention to every detail with patience and care. The doctor's assistant, Penny, was also outstanding. She was not only friendly and welcoming but also very skilled and efficient, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic!
