Tried the pico sure laser treatment for the first time today. Dr Ong was really friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to provide her recommendation based on what we need and not “over recommend”. Procedure went well and I look forward to seeing results soon!

If you’re struggling with acne / breakouts, PLEASE try the lasers here, coupled with facial with proper extractions (esp closed comedones). I wish I had known this combo earlier. This combo really worked — took about 2/3 weeks (with help of oratane) and my skin cleared up. The lasers may leave your skin red and sensitive for about 2 weeks, but the you will start to see the glow after. I received compliments after but most importantly to me — the peace of mind! Not having to cover up breakouts and all. PLEASE try the lasers (the ones to kill acne is a bit painful btw) if you’re suffering from acne.
If your skin is tame but have hyperpigmentation or needs brightening, try the picosure lasers. It’s a bit expensive but almost pain free - highly recommended!!!

An extremely enjoyable experience. Staffs are very prompt and polite+ doctors are knowledgeable about the best market practises. Unlike other aesthetic clinics, I never felt being pressured to sign packages - something extremely lacking in this industry. Have been recommending this clinic to my friends and family, and definitely intending to stick to illumia for the long term.

Great experience at Illumia Medical!
The staff were professional and friendly, and the treatments were effective and well-explained. I did Pico laser and CO2 laser in May 2024 and I can see tremendous improvement on my skin conditions.
I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them!

I was very impressed upon walking it, the place and staff makes me feel very welcomed (i also really like the smell here). During the consultation with the Dr I felt that he was genuine in his suggestions and it aligned with what I read in doing my own research. This is my first time doing any aesthetic treatment and I’m glad I chose this clinic. It is expensive, but I would say its worth it! :)
