Send money Dec 8, with 4 transaction. It takes 8 days to send the 3 transaction. Until now Dec 20th still not yet clear! This is so unacceptable. It seems that they use first the money before they send it. Just close your businesses. The stress level that you give for our Family is too much!!!

Worst experience my money after 8 days working days has not yet recieved beginning september 30,2025 and is already october 9 , my first transaction was received after 6 days and while 3rd n the last has not yet credited in the philippines bank account, i send this as an urgent due to medical fees need to settle as possible, i also call the land line but no one answere as of september 8 , 2025 at 3pm to 4.30pm yesterday i need the money fr medical payments please credit it as possible the remaining balance , thanks

Bunch of scammers! Beware! IRemit used to be the most trusted remittance centre in LP maybe 15-20 years ago. But I got SCAMMED by one of their staff. I wanted to pay for Pag-Ibig but they referred me to a private number. They said my Pag-Ibig number is no longer valid and that I deposit the amount to another number, which is very suspicious. This incident happened many years ago. I'm surprised this company is still open.

The service of IREMITX has been deteriorating lately. In the app, they notify the customers to credit to bank hour remittance within 4 working days. Most remittance services including banks will credit it within the day. DBS will credit it within minutes. In fairness to them, they have better rate than DBS. I transferred my remittance to them on May 31 and until June 4, the money has not been credited yet. I emailed them and they promised me to process but nothing happened. Will they use your money for 3 days before processing? This is a question which customers need to know. But how would we know? When i called the customer service hotlines for more than 20 times, no one is picking up the call. The calls are cancelled. They only reply to emails after one day. They are taking their sweet time to work on your complaints. I don’t feel the urgency and customer concern. Sorry. If the above scenario continues, a lot of customers will be shifting out from them.

On 3 August, I was there at I-Remittance Lucky Plaza and attended by their staff at the front counter. Her name is Charo Santos. Charo is an efficient and professional officer. She has good listening ears and the initiative to help me settle my helper’s problem. Everything was arranged and resolved within 24 hours upon my request. Thank you very much for your efficiency. Please keep up the good attitude and work! I hereby wish you all the best!

Do not send money here if you are sending more than SGD10K. They require documents that are beyond what is required by the anti-money laundering law of the Philippines. The staff is not oriented well and tends to make their own interpretation of the requirements. 2 days after paying and submitting the documents (pay slip, bank SOA, withdrawal slip, passport, etc.), I got a call that they need more documents (note 2 days!). I got fed up and went there to cancel. I went to another remittance center (same floor) and was asked to submit only withdrawal slip for sending same amount. And it was credited right away to my beneficiary account.

This is the worst remittance I've tried. Don't send your money here. The money will not be credited to your bank for 7 banking days. After 7 banking days, they will also tell you to do a refund! Worst service ever! Don't trust this remittance. I don't recommend using this remittance and don't recommend it too. You'll also gonna regret it.

It's very convenient to visit this place it's just few walk from mrt. It's located inside lucky plaza third floor. Staff were very accomodating and kind to their customer. You can send money to the Philippines in any means whether it is bank or remittance, as it just takes 30 minutes for your loved ones to receive the amount that you sent.

Editing my review today from 5-star to 2-star. They used to have queueing number system where you get your queue number and maybe eat while waiting for your turn. Now THEY REMOVED THE QUEUE NUMBER and let the customers queue standing without chairs! You can't do anything if you want to use their service coz you can't eat. Horrible customer service today 25-June-2022.
