Did online remittance last 06Aug2023 and was not credited up to now. Requested for refund last 22Aug2023 and they said processing is 24-48 hrs. If still not credited within this week might need to make a police report.

Service is getting lousier..paid almost 10$ for door to door delivery,was at your branch at 8am on friday..up until now,money was not received yet.You have phone numbers that rings non-stop,no one dare answers. I dont want to come down to LP again just to “follow up” . In this time and age,moving forward is a must! But I think this company’s progress is backwards.so disappointed!

Super slow. Now a days must get number for q and wait for more than an hour or 2 hours. No enough staff. 1 person may be spent more than 5 min to do the remittance.Disorganize. Hopefully will improve or remitters will trasnsfer to other remittance center.

I share the same sentiment.. lousy service indeed. Queued up for 2hrs only to be told that i need to email or bring my prooofs of income and bank transactions.. i could have done it while on the line waiting..your instructions are so vague.. why dont you guys display it in a manner where everyone can see.... your counters are very messy and your staffs are not helpful!!.. so so disappointed!!

Their quality of service has degraded a lot. Looking for other options/providers now. You mighy br offering a slightly higher rate than others, but the difference isnt enough to compensate us for the stress experienced and the charges we incur because we arent able to fulfil the financial obligations we have. Slow in implementing their upgrades, maybe their IT guys arent that good. Whatsapp people - 3 stars - some are responsive, some are not l..
