Taz from i-hunting is simply amazing! Can always count on her to give clients prompt and good advice, especially with her years of experience in this line. The helpers that she had helped me to engage are all thoroughly screened and i have not had any issues with them thus far. Very responsible and trust-worthy. I’ve stuck with Taz since she was introduced to me years ago. Would recommend her to anyone who wants a worry-free experience engaging helpers!

A trusted partner that I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a domestic helper. Taz is a veteran in sourcing and hiring of domestic helper. She is very personable and an experienced individual who is able to manage the helpers and her clients well. I have engaged her for many years and and have since recommended her to my friends and relatives. Taz is not someone who just find any helper that come through to her, she will understand your needs and map the relevant helper that works for your family. She also has a positive mindset where she encourages and provide advices when I am in a dilemma on helper's situation. Especially so in my recent hiring of helper, which is very encouraging and rationalised the situation with me and it is very ensuring. It was a great outcome in the end. In terms of process, she has created a workflow that is seamless and effortless. From interviewing to having the helper right at your door step, save my time traveling. As for her customer service, I can't say more than enough about her service and attitude, it is really commendable. You can always count on Taz from I hunting for hiring of domestic helper. She is not the typical type of agent who over sell and under deliver, instead she always exceed my expectations for my needs and timeline. She is very nice to the helpers under her too who I believe is rare in this industry. Will refer her to anyone who needs a reliable agency !

Very pleased and grateful that I found Taz via google search, after having rang up many agencies. She is very knowledgeable, has excellent customer service and is frank to share realistic timelines and challenges. She doesn’t push bio-datas out freely but instead, carries out discussion to understand employer’s needs before recommending if she has a suitable domestic helper, or not. Thank you, Taz!
