The whole experience was very comfortable. The ambience of the place, the service, the professionalism, the transparency, everything was tip top. Even though the website wrote men's health, they covered women'e health as well. I don't feel weirded out talking about my concerns. In fact, i feel heard. I highly recommend this place! Don't let the societal stigma stop yourself from getting yourself checked.

Dr Julian was very patient, kind and thoughtful. The whole process was smooth, comfortable and made me feel at ease. The clinic was also like a hotel lounge and you do not feel like it was a clinic. From the staff to the clinic and Dr Julian, everyone was kind friendly and the experience was exceptional. Recommend to visit if anyone needs a good medical experience.

First time visiting them for my health screening. The overall experience was lovely. Felt comfortable from start to finish. Doctors and staff were friendly and service was fantastic. :)

Went in for a men’s health checkup and had a great experience. The clinic feels high-end, but the prices were surprisingly reasonable—definitely good value for the quality of care and service. Staff were professional, discreet, and made everything comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Everything was incredibly smooth and efficient — zero waiting time, seamless coordination between the staff and doctor, and a real sense of care in every interaction. The hospitality stood out: from the warm welcome to the refreshing beverages and comfortable, modern setting, we felt completely at ease and looked after. Dr. Anthony was outstanding — friendly, patient, and extremely thorough. He explained everything clearly and took the time to customise a screening package that perfectly suited both our health needs and our budget. The entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. We left feeling confident, informed, and grateful for such a positive, personalised healthcare experience. A big thank you to Dr. Anthony and the Hisential team — and the fact that they’re open on both Saturday and Sunday is such a bonus! Enabled us to have our checks done just a day before our flight back to Kampala.
