I found Hisential Clinic through a Google search because I needed a doctor who is both sympathetic and experienced.
My palm rash has caused me tremendous stress for the past three weeks. When I saw Dr. Julian Ng, he took the time to explain the possible causes and reassured me that it was not something nasty.He is definitely the doctor you would want to see when you have doubts.
Before seeing him, I had consulted two other doctors who could not give me a conclusive answer.

I’m seriously wow-ed and impressed. I mean, where got clinic look like this in the world?!?
I first heard about this place from my guy friends who kept raving about how luxurious and atas it is… like I care right I am in the ladies club.
I was due for a health check and also wanted a second opinion on a chronic issue I’ve been dealing with. My annoyingly persistent friend knew this and told me to meet him at Orchard for lunch… and before I knew it, I was reluctantly dragged in.
Okay, fine… he was right.
The space is stunning. Felt like I was in some exclusive members-only club or a European luxury lounge. The staff? Super warm and welcoming. And the doctor? So gentle, patient, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything clearly, step by step, without rushing. I asked a ton of questions (as usual), and he made sure I understood all the options.
I honestly expected it to be some male-focused clinic, but turns out it’s super inclusive. And can we please talk about the oat milk? YES, the good kind. Most places don’t even get that part right. Major brownie points for that.
Only thing missing? A bit of latte art to match the vibe. Fingers crossed they read this and bring out the barista magic on my next visit. 😄

I typically do not write reviews. When a place exceeds already high expectations it deserves recognition. This is not your typical doctors office, it is a clinic designed to not feel more like a hotel or high end store customer service. From the reception to decor to the doctors, it is all highly professional. When speaking with the doctor you are able to have a conversation, there is time to discuss. For those that like to understand and know there is sharing of knowledge and judgement when something needs to be assessed or left alone or monitored. I would highly recommend!

I had my health checkup at Hisential Orchard Clinic recently, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I appreciated the comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, which helped me feel at ease right away.
The service was top-notch. The staff were very friendly and professional, and I felt completely comfortable with the doctor, who took the time to listen to my concerns. The checkup was very thorough, and I was so pleased that they identified the cause of a couple of health issues I had been experiencing.
What impressed me most was how seamless the follow-up care was. The specialists they referred me to were just as great, and they arranged the procedure I needed very quickly, even working around my schedule, which was a huge help.
For the high quality of service and the pleasant environment, the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Hisential Orchard Clinic to anyone looking for a health checkup where you feel well taken care of in a comfortable setting.

I had a very positive first experience meeting Dr Anthony and Pat for a consultation. One of the nicest most comfortable medical clinics I’ve been to in Singapore. Reminded me of concierge clinics back in the States. The staff were courteous and professional. I’d recommend for a low stress medical experience focused on a male audience.

From arrival to departure, a very humanising experience at every step, and Dr Julian provided the best blend of knowledge, context and ease.
