Noodle texture is great! I ordered the 咋酱面 (Minced Pork Noodle) and found that the overall flavour was slightly too mild. Would have been better if there was a bit more meat too. But the saving grace is that the handmade noodle texture is very good.
Also, they reward you with a free ice cream cone if you return your tray. This is much appreciated given that these days in Singapore, most F&B establishments expect paying customers to do the work for them.
They also offer a free exchange of noodles if the taste is not suitable for you. 👍

A fantastic spot for late-night food cravings!
The grilled squid on a stick is perfectly cooked, smoky, and seasoned with a delicious blend of spices. It's a must-try for anyone who loves street food. The other skewers we ordered were equally tasty. Can't wait to go back!

My third visit to Hi Noodle, and it’s been great so far! The food tastes good and is nicely presented. The place is clean, and the service is friendly. I especially love the tomato soup noodles — the broth is spot on! The garlic crayfish is delicious too. Hope you can consider adding the 十三香 flavor in the future. The free ice cream for returning the tray is a nice touch!
However, the white peach & lime tea tasted a bit strange — not really to my liking.

Chefs and Service staff are very friendly and attentive towards us. Staff with pony tail even came to top up my soup and ensure my dining experience is taken care of. My first time dining here. Awesome, will come again.
Edit, you can have ice cream everytime you returned a tray. Gotta love this place so much.

Visit here all the time, their scallion oil noodles ($6.90) r great, and u can add whatever topping or sides u want just beware their added costs (range about $4 to $6). I'm a big fan of their crunchy spicy cucumbers, and their fried chicken cutlet and sausages are alright too, and on its own the noodles r abit too plain. Its more or less $10ish for the noodles, which for the quality that they r is quite worth it.

Ordered the spicy and sour vermicelli and the crayfish noodle. Vermicelli wasn’t what I expected, noodles very chewy however not as spicy as expected - more sour than spicy. The vermicelli was similar to sweet potato noodles. Crayfish noodles were really good and very spicy. Free ice cream was great, and redeemable by token when you return your tray. Staff was lovely and welcoming.

Very friendly staff, and no service charge! Ordered the Pickled Veg soup noodles, the soup was flavourful, rich and creamy. Also ordered the sichuan noodles. It was spicy and packed a punch. Free sauce, and Ice cream dispensing after tray return is innovative as well.

I would have given 4 stars if not for the small portion of $2.50 side dish mushroom and the taste is not as nice as the HaiDiLao side dish mushroom. No wait when I arrived at 6:30pm but after that started to get more crowded.
The fish noodle with pickle veg $10.90 is pretty nice. Not spicy and not too sourish. You can make your own sauces to dip your noodles or ingredients.
But I wish they had one option of only soy sauce. There’s chili soy sauce but not normal soy sauce. I think it’s better NOT to mix the soy sauce with the chili in the options. Customer can mix spicy own their own. You can’t take out the spice… but you can add it.
After the meal you can return your tray for a token to get a free ice cream cone. Quite a simple Ice cream like those you get in ikea but it’s a good refreshing treat after a meal.
Overall quite a good place to dine but some seating can feel cramped. Service is prompt and friendly enough. The waitress explained patiently how to order and what is spicy or not etc.
one down side was there’s a Chinese staff I don’t know training other staff or ordering restaurant stuff on the phone? I’m not sure.
But her talking voice is so loud. I think she was talking inside the kitchen but the other end of the restaurant also can clearly hear what she said and she continued for more than 45 min. When I ate and left , she was still talking…. Not such a peaceful meal.

Self checkout restaurant that also give free ice cream as a reward if self return the tray. The handmade noodles is awesome, definitely a restaurant that I will visit again.

Food was really delicious with nice drinks options as well. Staff there were really nice and helpful, they helped to introduce us the menu and told us to return our tray to get free ice cream. Recommend the garlic crayfish noodles!
