Auntie Ann ho gave me such a warm welcome that I ended up leaving with a beautiful ring. The staff at the store were incredibly attentive — they served me four glasses of water as I was very thirsty, and even brought me a Coke. The service truly lived up to the Harry Winston standard, completely changing my perception from previous reviews. You have to experience it yourself. Auntie Ann ho is both courteous and genuinely friendly.

Visited a few years back, but only felt compelled to write this now, thanks to a friend’s recent disaster of an experience that brought it all flooding back. Back then, the sales associates seemed to forget they were representing HW. The only thing they carried with confidence was bad service. Unlike HW boutiques elsewhere, where staff are polished, knowledgeable, and can tell you the story behind each gem, this team seemed more invested in appearances than substance. When I was shopping for an engagement ring and wedding band, the manager and SAs kept pushing their “most popular” design: the one with the HW logo. Their sales pitch? “People will confirm know it’s Harry Winston.” Excuse me? That’s your selling point? Just because you care about being obvious doesn’t mean the rest of us want to wear a walking billboard. Some might actually choose it for sentiment or design, not for name-dropping. Needless to say, I took my time, taste, and money elsewhere.

I recently visited Harry Winston to take a look at their engagement rings, expecting a level of service that matched the brand’s prestige. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short. The sales staff were condescending and slightly rude, making the entire visit uncomfortable. In contrast, I also visited Louis Vuitton and Graff for fine jewelry, and the difference in service was night and day—both brands provided welcoming, attentive, and professional assistance. Given Harry Winston’s reputation, I had much higher expectations, but the service left me disappointed.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff at this location. Their attitude and lack of professionalism are not what I would expect from a brand like Harry Winston. The entire team could benefit from better training and an attitude adjustment to align with the prestige of the brand. It’s no surprise that customers may be discouraged from making purchases. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated. The sales associate I interacted with seemed to assume that I couldn't afford the pieces I was interested in, and their attitude was dismissive and condescending. Instead of providing the level of service I expected from a luxury brand, I felt judged based on appearances rather than treated with respect as a customer.

i wanted to buy my mom a necklace, mind you was $300,000! sa looked me up and down because i was wearing a tshirt and dress pants. was half heartedly showing me things and was just not accommodating at all. my fellow highspenders! go to graff instead!!

I had a very bad experience at the store. The SA is called ELLA Zainal. I knew nothing about the brand so when she asked me if I knew anything about different collections, I said NO. I told her I wanted to see some pendants for daily wear. She replied but it is all diamonds. I felt disrespected as her attitude was like assuming I cannot afford. As a SA at such a high end brand, she should introduce me the collections that fits my daily needs instead of talking to me like scolding me. I never experienced this kind of service at other jewelry brands. I supposed I was the customer. She should be introducing the brand properly. Anyway, she ruined my whole impression to this brand.

Seems like majority had a good experience here. I didn't manage to get the name of the SA, who was supposedly 'helping' my partner and I. But the experience was not enjoyable as the SA seemed pretty condescending - asking if we know Harry Winston's history and their signature ring (We were looking for engagement ring). Funnily, when we replied "no", she did not introduce nor did she elaborate the history of Harry Winston.. lol. Instead, she went and asked if we "wanted anything". I had a feeling perhaps we caught her on a bad day, though unacceptable as a brand's reputation goes hand-in-hand with their customer service too. Guess the reason we wanted to check out Harry Winston was because a friend recommended their jewellery as their price point matches our budget. Thus, this is my first and last time visiting the store. PS// Chaumet's customer service is brilliant! Worth a visit if you're open to other brands too.

Please look for Ann if you want to visit this store! Ann is the most responsible and lovely SA I have ever met. She really thinks about the customers and you never feel pressured or pushing from her. Ann really makes me like this brand even more.

We came all the way here from Australia for our wedding bands. We were helped by a lovely lady named Ann. Throughout the whole process Ann was responsive, professional and genuinely made shopping at Harry Winston such a positive experience. We highly recommend Ann!
