This agency’s maids all ‘cannot make it’ . that’s How this agency make their money on employer’s expense when we have to keep transferring out The maid and pay additional fees.

Generous, kind, friendly staff and management are here to understand what Helpers and Employer's needs or whose it will be to be matched. Despite of a normal cases that we’re all have negative and characteristic differences, they’re ended up with possive results. A change to learn and grow more especially to us as Helpers.. I understand this is a challenging period (lack of maid); however, Happy Home has provided a few options for a maid, sponsoring one maid. We have hired the maid, and after five days, she has decided to leave. (I am speculating here) I strongly feel that Happy Home wanted to extend the working permit to the maid and a contract from us and not provide a long-term maid. We have worked for 4 weeks to find a replacement, the few people sent for the interview, although selected they have decided to don't take the offer. At the end we have asked Happy Home for the refunds.. This took two weeks to provide a statement not transparent that was below the due amount. Now, after aligning to the refunds amounts, it is already more the two weeks that I have been waiting for the transfer.
