Good food, great service from the staff covering our zone.
We had a great meal and time.
All items were fresh and delicious.
Was so crowded on a Sunday which is usual.
My gal was disappointed with the manicure station as she waited for more than 1 hour and still unable to get it. Perhaps more stations can be open during peak hours.

With Thanksgiving tomorrow, my coworkers and I—all unable to make it home to the US—decided to get together for a pre-holiday meal at Haidilao Hotpot. This was my first time at the Singapore location, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!
We were truly amazed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff (our server was 劉小鳳). They were outstanding and made us feel so welcome. It's no wonder this place has a near-perfect rating!
The food was, of course, delicious. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so full, happy, and right at home for our Thanksgiving celebration. We truly appreciated it!

Haidilao has always impressed me with its great food, pleasant environment, and consistently excellent service. But among all the branches I’ve visited, apart from the one at MBS, this particular outlet truly goes above and beyond. The service here is exceptionally attentive and efficient.
A special shoutout to Jia Rui and James!! Both of them were incredibly quick, considerate, and served with genuine smiles throughout our meal. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated staff, and they definitely deserve recognition!!!
Because of them, I’m leaving this well-deserved Google review today hahahaha!! Highly recommend this Haidilao branch!!

From the moment they assisted me, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They listened to what I needed, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. There is a reason why they are famous, their superb hospitality and late night operation hours are telltale signs. I love their century egg porridge & desserts from the complimentary food counter. Was even given a toy while I was learning things on my iPhone while dinning!

Good experience for a hot pot - we got the 70$ menu for 2 that’s quite good with meat and choice of 4 vegetables with lime juice or tea - we chose the noodles and rice - rice is quite a small portion- unfortunately the premium meat was not available so we took the fish instead as no other choice - it came with the skin and very thin so not much to eat
Overall the meat is good and portions quite generous -
