Our server for the meal, Jack was amazing! He took such great care of us the whole time, very attentive, kind, and fun. He really understood everything we asked for and made sure we never lacked anything. Thank you so much, Jack, you honestly made my evening so much happier! 🥹

Service here was great, the staff were attentive and worked fast. They peeled our prawns, cleared our used dishes, and refilled our drinks constantly. They even offered wet wipes and directed us to the toilet. My silly friends put me down for the nail manicure, but luckily they don't do it for guys. But the ladies came out with good looking nails, and it was quite fast. The collagen chicken soup tasted quite similar to Campbell soup though, and the meats, while fresh, were a little lacking on the flavour side. They have large tables, able to sit 10-12 pax, as well as private rooms here.

A very very convenient location right downtown in Wisma Atria. Staff here are very well trained and super pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite locations!

Had dinner at HaiDiLao Wisma and it was a great experience. My reservation was right on time and all the staff were very welcoming, as always. A special thanks to Yi Qing for taking such good care of me and showing wonderful hospitality.

Hai Di Lao never disappoints the hot pot is always consistently good, fresh and satisfying. What truly makes the experience stand out is the service. A special mention to Manager Mr. James for his attentiveness and warm hospitality. Our server, Ms. Li Ren, was bubbly, friendly and made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Exceptional service paired with delicious food highly recommended!♥️👍👍
