I would like to thank the staff sub qiu ling who gave good service and make sure we are well served. Im always a regular customer at HDL but I never see a staff like her so thoughtful and 很有礼貌。good job

What a lively atmosphere at 11 pm on a weekday on Orchard Road, where I’d usually struggle to find a late meal! All the staff are super friendly, especially Chloe who was our efficient and caring server. She truly looked after us well! Excellent cuts of belly pork and beef, makes me want to rush right back! The free flow of tea, and winter melon juice and desserts were well appreciated. Thank you !

Located in amazing Orchard. The food and service are great as always in Haidilao Hot Pot. Special thank to Hongmei(红梅) who is so kind and enthusiastic, will come with my friends often.

I went to Haidilao to eat hotpot and then had a manicurist named Ivy do a wonderful manicure. She served very well and professionally. The attitude was very warm and friendly. And especially it was completely free for a beautiful manicure 😍. I will introduce my friends and relatives to support. Thanks Haidilao and Ivy ❤️.
