The service staff 于红’s service and attitude is excellent and very helpful. The milk tea is surprisingly tasty. The kids love the gingerbread man decorating kits too! Will come back to visit soon.

This is the second branch we have eaten in and we quite enjoyed our dinner! Had a great vegan meal while my friends had meat. Quality of ingredients were good and the the condiments selection was wide.

Service at HDL 313 is fantastic as usual but I would like to give a special shoutout to Ivy the manicurist on duty on 8th November. My family members and I were some of the last customers of the day but she was patient and was still very dedicated to her work. She did not rush us at all and did a wonderful job perfecting the painting process. She also offered me design options and accommodated to my mother-in-law's request to paint more layers. Overall, the food and waiting service were great but it was Ivy that really made our dining experience a memorable one! 10/10 would recommend HDL 313! 🙃

Had an amazing experience at Haidilao Somerset thanks to Dylan Tan Yu Han (郑裕翰)! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make our meal enjoyable. His service truly made the hotpot experience memorable. Highly recommend asking for Dylan if you want top-notch hospitality!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Haidilao! The food was amazing as always, but what really stood out this time was the service. Our server, Sun Qiu Ling was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, constantly checking in without being intrusive, and even helped us with small details like refilling drinks and recommending dishes.

Had a lovely dinner at the 313 Somerset outlet. The food was good as always. Soup was nice and ingredients were fresh. The side dishes and sauce bar were also good.
Especially for the great service by Zi Ling, as she was so attentive, friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire meal. She was constantly checking and make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our dinner, such as removing the scum from the broth, change plate, refilling drink, offer us a bib, sauce, dessert, helping us to take picture, wet tissue, etc. Appreciated it.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my father's 75th birthday at Hai Di Lao Hotpot Restaurant at Somerset 313, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Despite making a last-minute reservation for 12 pax, the team accommodated us with a spacious private room that was perfect for our gathering. The room was soundproof, allowing us to have private conversations without any distractions. We even had hot towels to welcome us.
The food was phenomenal, with an impressive selection of beef and pork options (though limited chicken options). The mala milk-based soup was a standout, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. What truly made this experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Our waitress was attentive and went above and beyond, even fetching condiments for us despite it being available outside. The noodle man's performance was impressive, and the staff's enthusiasm was infectious.
The pièce de résistance was when the manager, Ms. Wu Jie, led the team in a lively birthday song and dance performance, accompanied by a generous complimentary fruit platter that was more than enough for our group. And to top it all off, Ms. Wu Jie presented my father with a thoughtful gift. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!
